Message	threshold RPM is almost always identical, there is some non-emperical evidence that shows that a ball bearing turbo will SPIN up faster while under load, but that's not the same thing, theres nothing special about a ball bearing turbo that makes it spool faster than any other turbo, for the most part a non-ball bearing turbo will have a smoother boost curve. -wc
